I started this blog as a way for me to document my Bikram 30-Day Challenge as it got my blood moving, the sweat pouring and tears flowing. I had no idea that this was going to turn into an actual practice for me. I’ve integrated it into my lifestyle and have never been happier!
THE BLOG IS SAAAWEET!
I just finished reading your blog in two sittings, and loved it. I am actually in NYC from California. It’s so funny how people have similar situations but when I lived over there, I took about 5 Bikram classes (during a difficult time in my life) and loved it. Although my mind was not always there, I felt it inside, that something was going to change. I just registered for a weeks class in Bikram Harlem East and after that plan to do the 30 day challenge. Thank you for the insight and your experience.
Hi Linette, thanks for reading my blog! You should keep a journal of your challenge too, it’s such a nice way to capture your progress and the little victories along the way, or in some cases not. I established a regular practice after and still evolving with it everyday. Good luck to you in your journey!
